LATAM Quality Senior Manager

Job Summary

Leading quality assurance programs and compliance initiatives, the full-time LATAM Quality Senior Manager will oversee quality validation processes across multiple Latin American sites, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own regional quality performance and compliance risk, serving as the primary accountability point for major quality events
• Lead the deployment of Global Quality initiatives and drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across LATAM
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and ensure quality expectations are met in new product introductions and major process changes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Biology, Microbiology, Animal Science, Food Science, Life Sciences, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, or manufacturing environments
• 5+ years of leadership or people management experience
• Demonstrated experience working with major LATAM regulatory agencies and global regulatory frameworks
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required
