Job Summary

A company is looking for a LATAM Sales Lead to build and execute a sales strategy in the Latin American market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute the full LATAM sales strategy, including pipeline generation and revenue growth
  • Source, qualify, and close deals with various financial and crypto-related institutions across the region
  • Develop relationships with key ecosystem players and represent the company at major LATAM crypto and fintech events


Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals and building relationships with technical and executive decision-makers
  • Deep knowledge of LATAM's crypto, Web3, or fintech ecosystem
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, with strong English communication skills
  • Experience working with or selling to exchanges, protocols, or financial institutions
