Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts or Science or equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruiting, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and virtual meeting platforms preferred
- Demonstrated organization and time-management skills
- Willingness to work beyond standard hours for urgent projects
