Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lateral Partner Recruiting Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide partner candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle, ensuring a high-touch experience
• Collaborate with Growth and Integration Team Leadership to execute strategic recruiting priorities
• Represent the firm to candidates and search firms, acting as an ambassador for the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science or equivalent work experience preferred
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruiting, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and virtual meeting platforms preferred
• Demonstrated organization and time-management skills
• Willingness to work beyond standard hours for urgent projects
