Job Summary
Supporting the legal recruiting team, the full-time Lateral Recruiting Coordinator will coordinate recruiting and hiring processes for entry-level associates and lateral candidates, assist with various administrative tasks, and may work remotely or from any of the firm's multiple locations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate lateral candidate recruiting efforts, including initiating searches and scheduling interviews
- Maintain and process fee agreements with search firms, track placement fees, and manage candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Assist with recruiting, diversity, and retention projects, and support the Lateral Recruiting Specialist and student recruiting team as needed
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year degree preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an administrative role within the legal or professional services industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience managing process recordkeeping and databases
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding candidates and firm matters
- Understanding of basic office methods and principles related to personnel and recruiting policies
