Job Summary

To enhance the quality of student life, the full-time Latinx Student Program Coordinator will develop, coordinate, and evaluate programs for Latinx students, providing support for campus initiatives and collaborating with various departments to address student needs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Latinx student programs, including college preparation and student success initiatives
• Advise and mentor Latinx students on admissions, academics, and personal development while advocating for their needs
• Hire, train, and supervise the Latinx College Preparation Program Coordinator, ensuring effective program delivery and community engagement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Two years of related professional work experience with Latinx populations in diversity, equity, or social justice
• One year of direct supervisory experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Demonstrated knowledge of cultural issues on a college campus
