Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel with expertise in corporate structures and iGaming regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on corporate structuring and iGaming regulations
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with iGaming laws
• Advise on financial, tax, and accounting matters related to corporate operations

Required Qualifications:

• Law degree with relevant professional qualifications; licensed to practice in one EU country
• Proven experience in corporate law and iGaming regulations
• Strong knowledge of corporate structures, taxation, and financial compliance across EU jurisdictions
• Experience in advising on gaming licenses and corporate governance in tier-1 markets
• Litigation experience with the ability to represent the company in EU courts or arbitration proceedings
