Launch Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Launch Assistant for the IHP Climate program.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support to the Launch Coordinator and Program Director
• Assist in program preparation, implementation, and day-to-day management while supporting college-age students
• Coordinate logistics, including group transportation and communication of daily plans to the IHP team and students

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with two years of related work experience
• Understanding of experiential education and youth empowerment pedagogies
• Experience with international programs, event management, or youth programming
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and online project management tools
• Experience working with remote teams is desired
