Job Summary

Supporting the preparation and implementation of the IHP Human Rights program, the seasonal Launch Assistant will provide administrative and logistical support to the Launch Coordinator and Program Director during the program's approximately 10-day launch in New York City.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting in program preparation and implementation, including logistical support for workshops and site visits
  • Coordinating administrative tasks such as vendor relationships, logistics, and meal arrangements
  • Collaborating with the Program Team to ensure a high-quality educational experience for college-aged students
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with two years of related work experience
  • Understanding of experiential education and youth empowerment pedagogies
  • Experience with international programs, event management, or youth programming
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online project management tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing tasks independently
