Launch Enablement Manager

Job Summary

Managing the launch process for new product and technology releases, the full-time remote Launch Enablement Manager will ensure teams are prepared to adopt, support, promote, and leverage new capabilities through effective project coordination and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and manage launch readiness plans, including stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption activities
• Own the launch calendar and track milestones, readiness status, and risks for assigned releases
• Coordinate launch activities across multiple departments to ensure effective communication and support

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in launch management, project coordination, or change management
• Experience coordinating technology or product releases across various stakeholder groups
• Familiarity with healthcare insurance programs and enterprise platforms preferred
• Strong project coordination skills, including planning and risk management
• Experience developing communications and training materials for stakeholders
