Launch & Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Launch & Implementation Manager to oversee client onboarding and partner launch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of new partner client launches from kickoff to successful activation
• Coordinate with onboarding, sales, and engineering teams to ensure successful technical setup and configuration
• Define, document, and improve onboarding workflows and maintain launch documentation

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in automotive retail, automotive SaaS, or dealership marketing technology
• Direct experience working with or within retail automotive dealerships
• Strong understanding of dealership operations, including F&I, sales desks, and CRM systems
• Proven track record managing launch or implementation programs for SaaS or advertising platforms
• Experience supporting B2B partner relationships in a fast-paced environment
