Launch Manager

Job Summary

To ensure timely delivery of Visitor Relationship Management solutions, the full-time Launch Manager will manage the end-to-end implementation of software projects while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Account Management, and Support teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure on-schedule service delivery by managing timelines and service levels for software solutions
• Create and oversee project plans, assigning tasks and monitoring progress for multiple projects simultaneously
• Analyze performance results and create actionable visualizations to communicate project status to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
• Proven experience in launching software solutions and managing digital product implementations
• Advanced understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with hands-on experience required
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Salesforce)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization
