- Own setup data migrations for multiple customer implementations, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with Launch Managers to deliver timely and error-free go-lives
- Design and build processes and automations, including AI-powered workflows, to scale operations
Required qualifications
- 2+ years in a data-heavy operations, implementation, or migration role with hands-on experience in data extraction and transformation
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet customer-driven deadlines
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas, lookups, and data automation
- Experience in building or improving processes and tooling beyond mere execution
