Job Summary
Working remotely on a casual/on-call basis, the Launch Vehicle Mission Assurance Systems Engineer will design, develop, and evaluate end-to-end systems while ensuring compliance with client and government standards throughout the product lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Designs and modifies system-oriented products using a holistic approach, ensuring they meet quantifiable requirements
- Translates high-level product development strategies into detailed system requirement specifications and coordinates with multi-disciplined engineering teams
- Participates in design reviews and testing processes to validate requirements and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
Required qualifications
- BS with 16-18 years, MS with 14 years, or PhD with 10 years in an Engineering Discipline
- Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance
- 20+ years of experience in Launch Vehicle Systems Engineering, Space Launch Integration/Mission Management, and/or Mission Analysis
