Job Summary

A company is looking for a Career and Placement Coach, Law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual coaching and support to Law Pathway students, focusing on career exploration and skills development
• Partner with the Law Career Pathway Director to support internship and job recruitment for Scholars
• Develop and implement career development programming and resources for Scholars in the legal industry

Required Qualifications:

• A Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school is required
• Minimum one year of professional experience
• Strong knowledge of legal career paths and the employment landscape
• Deep understanding of the college-to-career journey for first-generation and economically disadvantaged students
• Experience using a database for documentation and reporting (Salesforce preferred)
