Job Summary
Providing legal research support and drafting pleadings, the part-time Law Clerk will assist attorneys with trial preparation and deposition summaries while maintaining a flexible schedule that accommodates academic commitments.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform legal research utilizing electronic sources
- Assist attorneys in drafting briefs and motions
- Help prepare for depositions and trials, including analyzing transcripts and preparing summaries
Required qualifications:
- Must be enrolled in Law School, ideally a 3L student
- Experience with legal research and writing
- Familiarity with drafting legal documents such as pleadings and motions
- Ability to analyze deposition transcripts
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
