Job Summary
Seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Law Clerk - Florida for Fall 2026, this full-time hourly position will assist program attorneys in litigation, administrative advocacy, and policy development related to environmental law, primarily working remotely with opportunities for in-person collaboration in Florida or the Caribbean.
Key responsibilities
- Research and draft legal filings, petitions, and formal comments on agency proposals
- Assist in interviewing experts and investigating new matters relevant to environmental issues
- Collaborate with coalitions and partners, and advocate before various agencies as opportunities arise
Required qualifications
- Must be a student entering 2L, 3L, or LLM courses in Fall 2026
- Strong research and writing skills are essential
- Comfort with independent and self-motivated work is required
- Familiarity with environmental and administrative law is preferred
- Background in environmental or biological studies or related experience is preferred
