Law Clerk III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Law Clerk III.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Department attorneys to learn the facts and posture of active investigations
• Review and code documents obtained in investigations based on their contents and relevance
• Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation and act as a primary interface with trial attorneys, experts, and client staff

Required Qualifications:

• Possess a J.D. or equivalent degree
• Duly licensed and authorized to practice under the laws of any state, territory of the United States, or the District of Columbia and be an active member of the bar in good standing
• Three to five years of progressively responsible experience with discovery projects
• Sound working knowledge of federal and state court systems, legal research procedures, and legal research resources
• Hands-on familiarity with a variety of computer applications
