Law Enforcement Compliance Associate

Job Summary

To support critical compliance initiatives, the full-time remote Law Enforcement Production Associate will review and evaluate legal document requests, coordinate with serving agencies, and maintain detailed records in the law enforcement request management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate incoming subpoenas and court orders to verify legitimacy and authority
• Coordinate with serving agencies to clarify the scope and format of requested records
• Log and maintain accurate records of requests and communications throughout the process

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a crypto exchange, financial services, law enforcement liaison, or as a paralegal
• Familiarity with U.S. and/or European court systems is a plus
• Intermediate proficiency with MacOS, Microsoft, and Google applications
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment
