Law Enforcement Operations Manager

Job Summary

Supporting critical safety operations, the full-time remote Law Enforcement Operations Enablement Manager will manage the response to lawful requests for user data, ensure effective threat assessment processes, and facilitate operational excellence across globally distributed teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate performance oversight across the full response lifecycle, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality outcomes
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, surfacing trends and risk posture to leadership regularly
• Identify operational gaps and risk vulnerabilities, proposing solutions to enhance safety and mitigate enterprise risk

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in complex, data-driven delivery operations, with at least 3 years in operational development
• Strong background in safety operations, particularly in globally distributed teams focused on Trust and Safety
• Proven experience in program-building, including establishing case management systems and performance metrics
• Expertise in global data privacy laws affecting law enforcement disclosures, with a network across relevant authorities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of briefing senior executives on complex matters
