Law Enforcement Operations Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Law Enforcement Operations Enablement Manager, the successful candidate will support Airbnb's response to criminality and safety threats by ensuring the Law Enforcement Response Team can process data requests accurately and in compliance with privacy laws, while also enhancing operational performance through metrics monitoring and program facilitation.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the evolution of LEOps' operating framework, including standards, workflows, and training
• Monitor key performance indicators and report on operational performance to leadership
• Identify operational gaps and opportunities to enhance safety and mitigate risks across global operations

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in complex, data-driven delivery operations, with at least 3 years in operational development
• Strong background in safety operations, particularly within Trust and Safety frameworks
• Proven experience in program-building, including establishing case management systems and quality assurance processes
• Subject matter expertise in global data privacy laws and established relationships with law enforcement authorities
• Demonstrated ability to manage performance across a globally dispersed organization
