Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage onboarding for law firms joining the platform
• Build strong relationships with law firm contacts across IT, operations, and legal leadership
• Configure law firm setups and ensure accurate, timely data delivery through the platform

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a professional environment such as consulting, operations, or customer success
• Bachelor's degree required
• Comfortable working with data, systems, and technology platforms
• Experience using tools like Excel; familiarity with SQL or other data tools is a plus
• Interest in legal operations, legal technology, or SaaS environments is a plus
