Lawson Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Lawson Procurement Specialist will execute daily procurement operations within the Lawson ERP environment, focusing on requisition processing, purchase order creation, and vendor coordination for a healthcare client.

Key Responsibilities

• Process approved requisitions and convert them into purchase orders within Lawson SCM and Procurement modules
• Monitor open purchase orders and track delivery schedules while coordinating with vendors on any issues
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain accurate purchasing documentation for audit purposes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience, preferably in healthcare settings
• Hands-on experience with Lawson SCM / Procurement and GHX Exchange for vendor transactions
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) workflows and healthcare purchasing contracts
• Ability to troubleshoot purchasing issues within Lawson and support end users
• Demonstrated accuracy in purchase order creation and vendor communication
