LC/MS/MS Application Specialist

Job Summary

As a technical and scientific reference for applications, the full-time LC/MS/MS Application Specialist will collaborate with field teams to develop, promote, and deploy world-class systems and tools while providing pre-sales support and training for sales and service teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver training content for marketing and sales teams on new features of LC and LC/MS/MS applications
• Provide technical and scientific support to Account Managers during pre-sales client visits
• Conduct product demonstrations for clients at their sites or within the demonstration center

Required qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in a scientific field or equivalent experience in LC/MS/MS chromatography technologies
• Specialized knowledge of HPLC and LC/MS/MS technologies
• Experience in a similar role closely collaborating with sales and/or support teams for LC and LC/MS/MS products
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Professional proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
