LCA Modeling Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an LCA Specialist to develop and enhance carbon accounting methodologies and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement methodologies for automated carbon accounting tools
• Improve and maintain methodologies for product and corporate carbon accounting in compliance with regulatory standards
• Source and validate climate and LCA data to support emissions modeling

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in LCA modeling or industrial ecology
• Master's or PhD in Industrial Ecology or related Environmental programs
• Proficiency in programming languages, preferably Python
• Experience with LCA software such as Brightway, GaBi, or OpenLCA
• Knowledge of LCA databases like Ecoinvent or Carbonminds
