Required Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
• Broad understanding of the Annuities and Life Insurance Industry
• Strong technical skills in MS Office and AI-related platforms
• Deep understanding of risk and control functions and regulatory compliance
