Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Care Navigator - After Hours - Bilingual Spanish Speaking.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage crises and provide telephone support to clients with complex behavioral health issues
• Connect clients to high-quality, evidence-based providers and facilities
• Adapt quickly to new protocols and contribute to process improvements based on data

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical social work or equivalent; LCSW or equivalent independent clinical licensure required
• Two years post-license experience, preferably in EAP/clinical call center settings
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (RN) with two years of psychiatric intake or related experience preferred
• Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations
• Bilingual in Spanish
