LCSW Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an LCSW Clinical Supervisor responsible for providing direct services to patients and clinical supervision to therapists.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, formulate treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy
• Supervise and support assigned therapists while maintaining accurate client records in the EHR
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
• Active, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW) in the state of practice
• 3-5 years of post-licensure clinical experience in an outpatient setting
• Prior experience providing clinical supervision to provisionally licensed clinicians
• Strong diagnostic skills and experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
