LCSW Education and Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Worker Education and Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for social work team members and new hires
• Conduct orientation and provide hands-on training to ensure practical experience for new hires
• Evaluate training effectiveness and support quality assurance efforts through audits and feedback sessions

Required Qualifications

• Master's in Social Work (MSW) required; LCSW license required, LCSW-S preferred
• At least 3 years of direct experience in oncology or palliative care social work
• Experience with coaching, auditing, or training social work or interdisciplinary care teams preferred
• Proficiency in using healthcare information systems and educational technology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
