Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree in Social Work and an unrestricted Clinical Social Work license
• At least 8 years of social work experience, with 2 years in a leadership role in oncology or case management
• Certification as an Oncology Social Worker (OSW) or similar relevant certifications
• Experience in healthcare settings, particularly oncology or palliative care
• Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced and evolving environments
