LCSW Social Work Team Lead

Job Summary

To enhance the delivery of compassionate psychosocial care, the full-time remote LCSW Social Work Team Lead will manage social work teams, oversee clinical escalations, support training and development, and drive quality improvement initiatives while fostering collaboration across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the performance of social work teams, ensuring high-quality care delivery
• Facilitate training, mentorship, and clinical guidance for team members while promoting health equity
• Drive quality improvement initiatives by communicating feedback from members and providers to clinical leadership

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work with an unrestricted Clinical Social Work license
• At least 8 years of social work experience, including 2 years in a leadership role within oncology or case management
• Certification as an Oncology Social Worker (OSW), Certified Advanced Palliative and Hospice Social Worker (APHSW-C), or Certified Case Manager (CCM)
• Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments and adapt to organizational changes
• Experience with technology and a willingness to learn new tools relevant to healthcare delivery
