Job Summary

A company is looking for an L&D Specialist in Home Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead virtual instructor-led training sessions for onboarding and mentorship of HCAM and CSM teams
• Monitor training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to ensure training outcomes are met
• Collaborate with L&D and leadership to develop and update training materials in alignment with business needs

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales training experience or equivalent
• Experience in delivering remote training for new hire sales groups of 10-12
• Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs to enhance sales skills
• Skilled in creating a conducive learning environment and facilitating development
• Proficient in MS Office and Google product suites
