L&D Support Contractor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a mid-level L&D & Assessment Support Contractor based in LATAM.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the drafting and refinement of assessment items and ensure alignment with project requirements
• Maintain documentation repositories and communicate updates to internal teams
• Assist in gathering performance results and support validation cycles with organized records

Required Qualifications

• Based in Latin America, available for 4 hours in the afternoon
• Experience or education in L&D, instructional design, learning sciences, or teaching
• Strong skills in writing, editing, and structuring content
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple workflows
• Proficient in Google Workspace and basic project-tracking tools
