Job Summary

A company is looking for a mid-level, full-time L&D & Assessment Support Contractor based in the US or LATAM.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the drafting, refinement, and formatting of assessment items and ensure alignment with project requirements
• Maintain documentation repositories and communicate updates to internal teams
• Assist in gathering performance results and support validation cycles by tracking refinements

Required Qualifications

• Experience or education in Learning & Development, instructional design, or teaching
• Experience supporting structured data workflows, such as data annotation or labeling
• Strong skills in writing, editing, and structuring content
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple workflows
• Proficient in Google Workspace and basic project-tracking tools
