Lead 3D Designer
Job Summary
Leading the 3D design discipline in a full-time remote capacity, the Lead 3D Designer will create immersive 3D characters, environments, and objects while integrating AI tools to enhance the fan experience and drive brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build 3D assets for brand campaigns, product moments, and cultural activations
- Integrate AI workflows into the 3D pipeline to accelerate ideation and exploration
- Own the briefing, review, and delivery processes for 3D work across the team
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of 3D design experience with a diverse portfolio in character, environment, and object design
- Strong proficiency in Blender or equivalent software, along with a rendering engine like Octane or Redshift
- Experience integrating AI tools into creative workflows
- Fluency in sports, streetwear, or hip-hop culture reflected in design work
- Experience with real-time engines or procedural tools is a plus
