Lead Accessibility Designer

Job Summary

Supporting multiple product pods in a remote contract role, the Lead Accessibility Designer will review designs for WCAG 2.2 AA compliance, perform manual accessibility testing, and collaborate with teams to implement accessibility best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Review product designs and code to ensure WCAG 2.2 AA compliance
• Perform manual accessibility testing using tools such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack
• Document accessibility findings and collaborate with teams to implement necessary improvements

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital accessibility designing
• Strong working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards
• Experience reviewing designs and code for accessibility compliance
• Manual accessibility testing experience using JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including component-level authoring and content review
