Job Summary
Leading a team of designers, the full-time Lead Accessibility Specialist will manage the design process for digital products, ensuring user-centered experiences while collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Envision and design user-centered experiences that align with business goals and user needs
- Mentor Product Designers and advocate for design thinking methodologies across teams
- Conduct user research and lead design workshops to enhance the overall customer experience
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or related field, or a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience
- Proven expertise in Product Design and Human-Centered Design methodologies
- Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe, Sketch, InVision, or Figma
- Strong project and people management skills, with experience leading product development processes
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and cross-platform design issues
