Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Account Executive & Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive pipeline generation strategy and manage AE quota performance
  • Develop and refine Sales Playbooks and Account Plans to improve deal conversion
  • Coach and lead a high-performing SDR team while ensuring effective SDR-to-AE handoff


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as an SDR or equivalent in outbound sales
  • 3-5 years of Enterprise AE experience selling complex deals in the 6-7 figure range
  • Proven success in multi-threading and prospecting into executive buyers
  • Strong track record in building and executing sales playbooks
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement tools
