Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Account Manager (Internal Only).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive efficiency for the client
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure timely service delivery and manage minor service level complaints
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • 6 months of experience with Waitrose as a client
  • 2 years of account management experience
  • Degree level educational qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
