Job Summary

- Identify new business opportunities and drive efficiency for the client
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure timely service delivery and manage minor service level complaints
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- 6 months of experience with Waitrose as a client
- 2 years of account management experience
- Degree level educational qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
