Job Summary

Managing a defined book of existing US seller accounts, the full-time Lead Account Manager will proactively identify supply gaps, lead KPI reviews, and utilize AI tools to enhance team performance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and grow a portfolio of seller accounts, focusing on supply health and GMV growth
  • Lead weekly KPI reviews and coach team members through challenges while sharing market intelligence
  • Continuously monitor market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies for account management
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management within wholesale, brand, or retail, preferably in luxury and resale apparel
  • Experience in people management or team leadership roles
  • Demonstrated active use of AI tools in a professional setting
  • Strong understanding of the apparel and resale market dynamics
  • Proven ability to analyze data and formulate actionable recommendations independently
