Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Account Reimbursement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Processes claims, payments, adjustments, refunds, denials, and unpaid patient and insurance balances
- Serves as a liaison with insurance companies, third party payors, and administrative personnel
- Analyzes incoming financial data to identify, reconcile, and resolve reimbursement issues
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant work experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Intermediate knowledge of data entry and revenue cycle processes
- Intermediate coding knowledge, including ICD-10-CM/PCS coding classification systems
- Ability to perform account audits and maintain complex reports
