Lead Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Accountant to manage Corporate Reconciliation responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex reconciliations and resolve reconciliation exceptions
• Prepare and complete secondary reviews for regulatory reporting and audit requests
• Lead training sessions and document departmental procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
• 3+ years of Accounting or Finance Audit experience (required)
• Relevant certifications in accounting or finance (preferred)
• Experience with financial systems and reconciliation tools (preferred)
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and internal control frameworks (e.g., SOX)
