Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Accountant working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Record and reconcile capital movements and assist with accounting for entity dissolutions, mergers, and transfers
Review journal entries and invoices related to transfer pricing and track intercompany loans
Prepare intercompany reconciliations and adhoc reports for internal management

Required Qualifications

BA or BS in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of accounting experience in a corporate or consolidations environment
Knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Experience with Oracle ERP and advanced MS Excel skills
Results-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
