Job Summary

To support financial reporting and consolidation efforts, the full-time Lead Accountant, Consolidations will manage the preparation of consolidated financial statements and reporting packages, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IFRS while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements and Management Disclosure & Analysis (MD&A) in accordance with US GAAP
  • Own the reporting package submissions to private equity owners, ensuring compliance with complex global reporting requirements
  • Perform financial statement analysis to identify trends and communicate findings to senior leadership and cross-functional partners
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of experience in public company accounting or auditing in a SOX 404 environment
  • Proven experience in financial reporting and technical accounting
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP
  • Strong proficiency with financial system tools and advanced Excel skills
