Lead Accounts Payable

Job Summary

Leading the accounts payable team, the full-time remote Lead Accounts Payable will oversee daily operations, manage reconciliations, and resolve vendor inquiries while mentoring staff.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities for the accounts payable team, ensuring adherence to deadlines
• Perform reconciliations and manage accounts payable exceptions for both onshore and offshore groups
• Respond to and resolve inquiries from health ministries and vendors, including escalated issues

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience or 2 years of applicable job-specific experience
• Professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can substitute for education
• Experience in accounts payable processes and team leadership
• Ability to perform auditing tasks and manage team processes
• Proven skills in mentoring and training staff
