Lead Activation Analyst

Job Summary

Leading complex projects, the full-time remote Lead Activation Analyst will coordinate work across various stakeholders to support the Activation phase of organizational transformation, ensuring efficient processes and effective communication of project updates.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate work across People Solutions, COEs, and Business HR to implement new organizational structures
• Lead cross-functional team meetings to provide project updates and track risks
• Facilitate Activation readiness sessions and maintain accurate data throughout the Activation Phase

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project management, data analytics, or technical data operations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong understanding of HR systems, including Workday
• Experience using Smartsheets and ServiceNow
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
