Job Summary
Seeking a seasoned Lead Actuary, FCAS Licensed, the full-time position will conceptualize and engineer innovative pricing solutions while collaborating with various teams to enhance pricing strategies and governance controls in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop standardized monitoring dashboards to assess business performance and market trends, providing pricing action recommendations
- Act as a subject matter expert in creating and maintaining pricing risk governance controls and peer-reviewing complex pricing initiatives
- Translate sophisticated technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and design UI/UX frameworks for internal pricing tools
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in insurance pricing
- FCAS certification preferred
- Undergraduate degree in Actuarial Science or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives
- Deep subject matter expertise in actuarial pricing and reserving concepts
