Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Actuary.

Key Responsibilities:

Own premium pricing, frequency estimates, and loss ratio forecasts for product protection and shipping protection offerings
Drive analysis, modeling, and monitoring to enhance underwriting results for merchants and programs
Collaborate with stakeholders to establish business priorities and opportunities by measuring expected reach and impact

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of actuarial pricing or related experience
Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) or equivalent exam experience, working towards FCAS preferred
Strong knowledge of SQL, Python or R, and a BI tool like Tableau or Looker
Experience with warranty (service contracts) preferred
Ability to dive deep into data and communicate insights effectively
