Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Admissions Specialist who will drive admissions performance through leadership and data-informed decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Admissions Specialists, ensuring they meet performance metrics and receive necessary training
• Field inbound inquiries and manage a personal caseload as needed
• Collect and analyze data to provide informed coaching and feedback while coordinating with other departments to meet patient needs

Required Qualifications

• Degree in psychology, business administration, or a related health field preferred
• 1+ years of direct people management experience or demonstrated coaching ability
• 3+ years of experience in admissions for mental health or a customer-facing sales role
• Strong analytical abilities to collect and utilize admissions data effectively
• Understanding of the healthcare landscape and a results-driven mindset
