Lead Advanced Analytics

Job Summary

To support the growth of Airbnb's new Services business, the remote-eligible Lead Advanced Analytics will conduct advanced data analysis, collaborate with business teams for strategic insights, and define key metrics to drive business performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced data analysis to extract actionable insights for strategic decisions across key geographical markets
• Collaborate with new business teams, providing data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives
• Define new metrics and conduct A/B tests to improve business performance and establish benchmarks

Required qualifications:

• Quantitative undergraduate degree, preferably with an MBA or equivalent advanced degree, and 8+ years of experience in Data Science or Analytics
• Prior experience in advanced analytics or business data science within a marketplace or strategy setting
• Deep technical expertise in data analysis, experimentation, and causal inference
• Exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking skills
• Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across functions
