Lead Advanced Analytics Specialist

Job Summary

Focusing on the acquisition of new Hosts, the full-time Lead Advanced Analytics Specialist will conduct advanced data analysis, collaborate with business teams to provide data-driven insights, and define metrics to drive business growth in a remote eligible role.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced data analysis to extract actionable insights for strategic decisions
• Build dashboards to track key performance metrics and establish benchmarks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and leverage synergies

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of industry experience with a degree in a quantitative field (Masters or PhD preferred)
• Prior experience in advanced analytics or business data science within a marketplace setting
• Strong expertise in programming languages (Python or R) and SQL
• Deep understanding of econometric and statistical analysis
• Experience with AI-assisted analytics tools
